Coronavirus Safety Plan

We are looking forward to bringing your dancers back to the stage! Please review our safety plan. Compliance is extremely important to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We aim to make this is a safe experience for all attendees.

If your or anyone in your household is ill at the time of the feis, please do not attend. If you or anyone in your household has been diagnosed with known or suspected COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the feis, please do not attend. If you or anyone in your household has had close contact with someone with known or suspected COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the feis, please do not attend. If you or your dancer(s) have been told to quarantine due to exposure to COVID-19, please do not attend.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health recommends that travelers coming from certain states quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in Pennsylvania. The list of these states may be found here:

 https://www.health.pa.gov/topics/disease/coronavirus/Pages/Travelers.aspx

These states are updated periodically. If you are coming from a state on this list, we ask you not register for these Feiseanna. If your state is added to our list, please contact the feis directly to remove your registration. We will also be monitoring our registration lists.

We will follow all current Local regulations regarding the size of  outdoor gatherings.

Each stage/pavilion is considered a separate gathering.

In order to help us manage the total number of people present, please limit your families to one adult per registered child. Please do not bring siblings, grandparents or other spectators. Whenever possible, families with multiple dancers should consider attending with only one adult.

Masks must be worn correctly (covering mouth and nose) by all attendees, dancers and adults, at all times, with the exception of when the dancers are actually competing. If they are warming up on stage in a group, masks must be worn. We will be adjusting how we line dancers up on stage to limit the amount of time they are without masks. We will keep their starting positions six feet apart. Please prepare your dancers to wear their masks while waiting their turn. Please send them with a small, easily identifiable/labeled gift bag or other bag in which they can place their mask when they are dancing. They must put their mask back on immediately after they finish dancing. We will have volunteers monitoring compliance with the masking rule. The State of Pennsylvania requires that masks be worn in all public places at all times. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION.

Please remember to maintain 6 feet of separation between your family and others at all times. Please do not congregate under canopies or pavilions.

Please remember to wash or sanitize your hands frequently. Please bring hand your own hand sanitizer and water. We will not have food or beverages available.

Feis Cancellation In the event that we need to cancel our feisanna, refunds will be issued for the competition fees, but the family fee will be retained by the feis due to the upfront costs of preparation.
